Bhilwara : Today a large number of people of Jain community gathered outside the District Collector’s office and submitted a memorandum to Mehta, the District Collector, in protest against the beginning of the exercise to demolish the Jain Sthanak. The society says that for the last 80 years there has been a Jain place for saints in the town, some people want to demolish it for political reasons.
During this time, a large number of Jain community people of Kaliyas village and Bhilwara city reached the District Collectorate office. Here they expressed their anger by raising slogans against the Sarpanch and a delegation also met the District Collector and expressed their views.
