Nagpur, November 16 (IANS). Maharashtra Congress state president Nana Patole on Saturday targeted BJP leader and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
Nana Patole said, “My one advice to Devendra Fadnavis is that Muslims and Hindus should not create disputes in Maharashtra. He should give the account of his two and a half years to the public. He should work on keeping the details of what he did during this period in front of the public. He Earned money only through corruption, that money was used in election advertisements.”
He further said what he would like to say regarding the farmers of Maharashtra. Why is he maintaining silence regarding paddy producing farmers? Why did he not waive off the loans of farmers while he was in power? Only during elections he is doing Hindu-Muslim. They have nothing to do with the basic questions of the public. BJP wants to take votes by dividing people only on the basis of division.
State Congress President alleged that Devendra Fadnavis could not handle law and order in the state, this is his biggest weakness. He failed to stop the unemployment rate. Farmer suicides are not stopping in the state. Women, sisters, daughters are not safe. To hide their failures, BJP leaders are giving the slogan ‘Bantege to Katenge’.
Patole said that Maharashtra’s money is going to Gujarat. The work of looting Maharashtra is being done. No steps were taken by the double engine government in the field of employment generation. The Mahayuti government has left Maharashtra unemployed, has increased corruption and has destroyed law and order. Devendra Fadnavis says now is the time to wake up. He is right that now we have to wake up and come forward for change of power.
