Tonk : The administration is finalizing the preparations for the counting of votes for the Deoli-Uniara Assembly by-election, which will begin at 8 am on November 23. District Election Officer said that rooms and tables have been earmarked for counting of votes in Deoli-Uniara assembly constituency. He told that counting of postal ballots will be done on table number 1 to 4 and EVM counting will be done on table number 1 to 8 in the drawing lab of the college. Besides, votes will also be counted from EVMs on table numbers 9 to 16 in Room N-7. ETBPS pre-counting will take place at table numbers 1 to 5 in Room N-6.
On the instructions of Election Department and District Election Officer Dr. Soumya Jha, under the direction of Electoral Registration Officer (SDM) Tonk, the second training program of the officers of the vote counting team formed for the by-election-2024 was organized at the Agricultural Training Center Tonk on Thursday.
