Court rejects bail plea of ​​mastermind in Rajasthan paper leak case

Jaipur : The court has rejected the bail application of Anil Meena alias Sher Singh, arrested in the senior teacher recruitment exam paper leak case. This second bail application of the accused has been rejected. The bail of some other accused arrested in the same case has already been rejected by the High Court. A bail application was presented on behalf of Sher Singh in the special court for ED cases. In this, it was argued on behalf of the accused party that the charge sheet has been presented in the case. In such a situation, he cannot be kept in jail indefinitely.

SOG’s argument… fear of being involved in paper leak as soon as he is released from jail

On behalf of SOG, Special Public Prosecutor Bhanwar Singh Chauhan expressed apprehension that the accused may again indulge in crime like paper leak as soon as he is released on bail. He had an important role in leaking the paper and making it available to the candidates.
