Tonk : Police tried to stop a tractor-trolley filled with illegal gravel in the Sindhi crematorium area on Deoli Road. The tractor hit Head Constable Khusiram hard and fled.
Head constable died during treatment
The head constable was seriously injured in the accident. After primary treatment, he was referred to Jaipur. Head constable Khushiram died in Jaipur.
The head constable tried to stop the tractor loaded with gravel
Tonk DSP Rajesh Vidyarthi said, “Our patrol vehicle was patrolling on Deoli Road in the Roadways Depot area of 112 Kotwali area, when we tried to stop a tractor loaded with gravel. The tractor hit the police vehicle and the head constable, in which the head constable was seriously injured, he died during treatment.”
The patrol team stopped the tractor-trolley, the search for the tractor driver continues
Kotwali police station incharge Bhanwarlal Vaishnav said that the patrol team had stopped the tractor-trolley coming from the crematorium on Sindhi Road, during which the accident happened. The tractor-trolley that collided and its driver are being searched.
