Kota News Desk: A crocodile attacked an elderly man sitting on the banks of Chandloi river in Kota Rural on Wednesday. The elderly man was admitted to MBS Hospital in a seriously injured condition. Khedli Pandya resident Babulal’s left hand got frozen due to crocodile attack. He also suffered serious head injury.
Son Rakesh told that father Babulal had gone to the river bank in the afternoon to defecate. After defecating, we were sitting on the river bank. During this time a 10 to 12 feet long crocodile came out of the river and attacked. The father had an ax in his hand. He hit the crocodile on the head with an axe. Due to which his grip became weak. After reaching home he narrated the entire incident. The injured elderly man has two to three fractures in his left hand from below the elbow. There are stitches on the head also.
