Jaipur : An incident of massive fire has come to light in a plastic recycling factory in Sarna Dungar area of Kardhani. The fire broke out around 2:30 in the night. Which caused havoc in the factory. The fire spread rapidly due to burning of plastic present in the factory, creating an atmosphere of panic in the area. As the plastic continued to burn, the flames increased and an explosion-like situation arose in the factory. As soon as information about the incident was received, police and fire department reached the spot. About 10 fire vehicles were called to extinguish the fire, which made more than 50 rounds and tried to control the fire. After hard work, fire brigade personnel brought most of the fire under control by 6 am.
Although there was no loss of life in this fire, goods worth lakhs of rupees in the factory were burnt to ashes. There was an atmosphere of fear among the local people due to the fire in the factory. But the situation was brought under control due to the promptness of fire brigade personnel. The cause of the fire is being investigated. Factory owner Nand Singh Shekhawat said that his factory was set on fire. There is no fire due to short circuit. Because fire was also set about two months ago. The fire was started from outside the factory, which spread inside. There was no wiring outside that could cause fire. The fortunate thing was that when the fire broke out two months ago, I had got 10-12 employees a separate room outside. Earlier he used to sleep in the factory itself. That’s why my employees were saved in the fire that was set yesterday. A case will be registered in this regard at Kardhani police station.
