Karauli : Karauli There was a whole day crowd of devotees in the temples of the area to have darshan of the Lord on Ekadashi on Wednesday. In the temples, tableaux of Thakurji were specially decorated. On the occasion of Ekadashi at Shri Gopal Gufa Dham in Timawa, Saint Radhakishan Maharaj, Shri Gopal Ji and Saint Munishwar Das Maharaj of Pachmedi Dham of Gudhachandraji town anointed Thakurji with Panchamrit and decorated the tableau by dressing him in new clothes. Here, Meghraj Sharma, the priest of Shri Ghatvasan Devi, decorated the tableau by adorning the Mother Goddess. There was a crowd of devotees here since morning on Ekadashi for darshan. Devotees reached Thakurji’s court paying obeisance. Devotees offered dishes made with local ghee and prayed for the happiness and prosperity of the family. Here, Khatu of Gangapur City left on foot in the morning for the darshan of Shyam ji and many came in their personal vehicles for the darshan. Hundreds of people from the area reach the court of Khatushyam ji in Gangapur city.
