Alwar : CRPF jawan Surendra Yadav (41) from Rajasthan died of heart attack in Nagaland. The mortal remains of the jawan will reach his native village Balawas in Bansur today. Apart from his cousin, no one in the family was informed about the death of the jawan. The mortal remains will be brought to the village along with a 4 km long Tiranga Yatra. Tehsildar Gajendra Singh Rathore said- Surendra Yadav, resident of Janki Das Dhani of Balawas, was posted in Tinsukia, Nagaland.
Surendra Yadav joined CRPF in 2004. Surendra Yadav returned on September 17 after 15 days leave. On Monday the soldier suffered a heart attack and died. On Tuesday, the cousin got a call from the unit. Surendra has a son Virendra (15) and daughter Neetu (17). Son is studying in 11th class and daughter in 12th class. Jawan’s father Shankarlal Yadav and younger brother Jale Singh do farming in the village. Information about the death of the jawan was given to his cousin Hansraj from the unit. When Hansraj told the people, it was decided that the family would not be informed about this yet. The people of the village are stopping outsiders only one kilometer away from the house, so that the family members do not come to know.
Tricolor procession will be taken out from Bansur to village in honor
In honor of Jawan Surendra Yadav, a 4 kilometer long Tricolor Yatra will be taken out from Bansur to his village Balawas. After this, the last rites will be performed with military honors at Jankidas Wali Dhani located in village Balawas.
