New Delhi, November 16 (IANS). Saturday was the third day of the 43rd India International Trade Fair going on at Bharat Mandapam in the national capital Delhi. Different stalls have been set up in this fair, which are attracting people’s attention.
A crusher machine has been installed in Hall No. 6 of the 43rd India International Trade Fair, through which mustard and coconut oil are being made instantly. Not only this, people coming to the stall are also getting information about the crusher machine.
Chetan Rajput told that I have been making oil for the last four years and we use the traditional method to make it. When oil is made using this machine, its natural value remains intact, whereas this is not possible in big machines.
He further said, “To maintain the nutritional value of the oil, the temperature of the machine is kept at 50 degrees, which maintains the quality of the oil. However, now the use of crusher machines has stopped to a great extent and we Trying to keep him alive.”
Chetan Rajput told that people are getting good response regarding this work in the trade fair. The young generation is also taking information about this.
The 43rd India International Trade Fair has started from Thursday at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi. The theme of this year’s fair is based on ‘Developed India @2047’. This time the fair will continue till 27th November. In this, all the states and union territories of the country are showcasing their progress and achievements.
