Lucknow, Bhopal, November 18 (IANS). Recently there were complaints from customers driving Ola electric vehicles in Lucknow that the complaints are not being resolved at Ola’s service center. A large number of customers are facing problems due to this. To take stock of the latest situation, IANS spoke to customers who visited service centers in Lucknow and Bhopal.
Piyush Chandra Srivastava, who reached the Ola service center in Lucknow, told IANS that there is no problem in running Ola Electric. The service center service here is also good. However, there was some problem in between, which has now been fixed. There were many complaints earlier. But, now they are providing good service.
Another customer Mohammad Sahil has told that there is no problem at the service center. The car has been damaged in an accident. That’s why I have come to file a claim. Getting better service than before.
Praful Mishra has told that it has been two years since he has been driving Ola electric vehicle. Some problems definitely arise. But no major problem has emerged. There was some problem with the stand of my car, I have come to get the same fixed. As a customer, I have no complaints with Ola regarding this vehicle.
IANS spoke to Vipin Sharma who came to the Ola service center in Bhopal. He told that I have been driving Ola electric vehicle for one and a half years. There was a problem with the vehicle during the rainy season. The vehicle was returned to me after about one and a half months. Had received good feedback before from the service centre. But, after this some problem has definitely arisen.
Battery backup of Ola Electric is good. It runs 100 kilometers on a single charge. Have got it serviced five times. There is some problem in servicing the car. However, sometimes the car hangs. Then the car has to be restarted. The car is fine, there are less servicing centers in Bhopal, there should be more.
