1.11 lakh fine for cyber fraud

In village Bheelmaka of Deeg district, villagers have taken a tough decision by holding a big panchayat against cyber fraud. They have informed about their decision by submitting a memorandum to SP Rajesh Kumar Meena and Additional SP Gumna Ram. In this memorandum, the villagers said, ‘All the responsible people of village Bheelmaka have taken a tough decision against cyber fraudsters by holding a panchayat. If anyone is found doing cyber fraud in the village, then a fine of 1 lakh 11 thousand will be imposed on him and along with that, he will be arrested by informing the police.’

51 thousand reward for giving information about cyber fraud

Not only this, ‘Anyone who gives information about the criminals committing cyber fraud in the village has been announced to be given a reward of Rs 51,000. The villagers have assured that the name of the informer will be kept secret. The villagers have said that they will help the police in every possible way to prevent cyber crime.’ This decision of the villagers has come at a time when the police of Deeg district is going from village to village and running an awareness campaign to prevent cyber fraud. During this, people are being made aware that they should leave this crime and attract their children towards education, so that your area can develop and become famous.

Mewat is called ‘Jamtara of Rajasthan’

Mewat region of Rajasthan is considered to be the den of cyber fraudsters. Some people also call it ‘Jamtara’ of Rajasthan. There are many villages here where children and elderly people have been found involved in cyber fraud. Rajasthan Police has launched ‘Operation Antivirus’ to catch them. Under this, many criminals have been arrested so far. While the houses built by many criminals from their fraudulent money have also been bulldozed. But, most of the criminals hide in the mountains after committing the fraud, due to which these crimes are not stopping.
