Dausa : A meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Basava Panchayat Samiti President Sitaram Meena in Bhanvta on Sunday in protest against the privatization of electricity system by the government. In which people said in one voice that the government’s privatization efforts will not be allowed to be completed under any circumstances.
Speakers in the meeting said that if the government privatizes power sub-stations, the power system will deteriorate. Farmers will not get enough electricity. Also, people of private companies will do whatever they want. It was decided in the meeting that if Bhanvta and Gudhlia GSS are privatized, then the company people will not be allowed to enter the GSS. Apart from this, if the government does not withdraw the privatization order, then a farmers’ conference will be organized at the district headquarters in the same month and a decision will be passed against the government. A committee of 31 members was also formed.
