Dausa : Keeping in mind the increasing concerns regarding incidents of theft in the winter season, police station in-charge Premchand organized a meeting of businessmen and citizens near Agra Gate of the city on Tuesday night. In the meeting, the police station officer called for vigilance to curb the increasing incidents of theft in the market.
In the meeting, traders suggested appointing watchmen and installing CCTV cameras at their respective establishments to assist the police in night patrolling. Apart from this, detailed information was given about the fake calls being made by fraudsters to the children studying outside.
The station in-charge also discussed domestic violence, increasing drug habits in the society and misuse of mobile phones and suggested measures to prevent it. He said that if any person sees any suspicious person at night, he should immediately inform the police so that action can be taken in time.
