Alwar : 5 to 6 days old body was found stuck in the drain outside the house of former Chairman Mukesh Sarwan in 80 quarter of Kotwali police station area of Alwar city. The dead body was found after cleaning due to strong smell. After this the sensation spread. The dead body could not even be identified. Some papers were found in the pocket of the deceased. In which the numbers used in betting are written.
Sweeper Sajan Kumar said that the duty of two of us was to clean 80 quarters of Scheme 10. Both the youths came as usual on Thursday morning at around 7.30 am. There was a strong smell here. After this they started cleaning the drain. But nothing was found. Later CC was done over the drain. At that place, when the drain CC cover was broken, a rotten body was found below. The age of the deceased is about 50 years. Some papers were found in the pockets of the clothes. A slip like betting number was found on a paper. The deceased could not be identified yet. The police is trying to find out from the people nearby. The body has been kept in the mortuary. Kotwali police station ASI Kanhaiyalal said that former chairman and current councilor Mukesh Sarwan informed the police station that a body was stuck in a covered drain in front of his house. After much effort the body was taken out. For which the CC cover of the drain was attached to the JCB. After this the FSL team took samples. After that the body was kept in the mortuary.
