Sriganganagar : A girl preparing for a government job has died under suspicious circumstances. The incident came to light around 5 pm on Wednesday evening. The girl living in PG located in Setia Colony hanged herself in her room. Kotwali police reached the spot and tried to open the gate of the girl’s room. The family members were also informed. The family members also reached the spot at around 8 pm.
After this, after a lot of effort, the gate was broken and the body was taken out late at night. Kotwal Prithvipal Singh Bhati told that a 23-year-old girl named Anapurna, resident of village Singhpura on Hanumangarh road from Sadulshahr, committed suicide by hanging herself. The girl was preparing for PTI recruitment by staying in PG here. After the arrival of the family members, the gate of the room was broken and opened late in the night.
