Sikar : To celebrate the birth anniversary of world famous Baba Shyam, devotees from every corner of the country have reached Khatu, the city of Baba Shyam. Today, on the birth anniversary of Baba Shyam, the atmosphere of Khatu city has completely changed. Baba Shyam’s court has been decorated supernaturally, while various types of colorful cakes have been decorated at establishments in the main markets to celebrate Baba Shyam’s birthday. On the birthday of Baba Shyam, the entire Shyam city is seen with colorful lights and fireworks. In view of the crowd of devotees in Khatu city since last evening, arrangements for security and arrangements have been made by the temple committee, while the district administration and police administration have also made elaborate arrangements.
30 artisans decorated Khatu Shyam’s court
To celebrate Baba Khatu Shyam’s birthday with great pomp and joy, Baba’s court has been decorated in a supernatural way by the committee of Shri Shyam Mandir. About 30 special artisans have been called from outside to decorate the main temple complex. Beautiful tableaux of Radha Krishna have been decorated inside the Shreenath Bhagwan web complex by the lion of the temple. The devotees who reach Baba Shyam’s court will first have darshan of Shri Nath ji. After this, Baba will bow his head in the court of Shyam and ask for his wish. This series of birth celebrations in the court of Baba Shyam will continue throughout the night in Khatu city.
Fireworks going on in Khatu city since late night
To celebrate the birth anniversary, a large number of devotees of Baba Shyam have been continuously reaching Khatu Nagri since last evening with the flag of Baba Shyam in their hands. In view of the increasing crowd of Baba Shyam’s Sardars, the temple committee is appealing to all the devotees to celebrate Baba Shyam’s birthday with great joy by lighting lamps instead of fireworks. To keep the environment of Baba Shyam’s city pure, the temple committee and police administration have also appealed to the devotees coming on the birth anniversary not to use fireworks. But many Shyam devotees are seen expressing their happiness by bursting fireworks to celebrate Baba’s birth anniversary.
Special cake on Khatu Shyam ji’s birthday
This is the second largest fair after the Phalgun fair held in the court of Baba Shyam. In this Kartik fair organized on the birth anniversary of Baba Shyam, a large number of devotees from every corner of the country reach Khatu, the city of Baba Shyam. On the occasion of birth anniversary, the entire Khatu city gets bathed in colorful lights like Diwali. Like every time on Baba’s birth anniversary, this time also all the Dharamshalas, hotels, guest houses and establishments of Khatu have been decorated with lights, balloons, flower garlands etc. to celebrate Baba’s birthday. On Shyam Janmotsav, all the prasad and sweets shops of Khatu Dham have been decorated with cakes of various designs for sale. Shyam devotees buy them and offer them in Baba’s court and congratulate each other on the birth anniversary of Baba Shyam.
500 policemen deployed around the temple
In view of the crowd of Shyam devotees, preparations for security arrangements are started several days in advance by the Temple Committee, Sikar District Administration and Police Administration. Today, in view of the increasing number of devotees in Baba Shyam’s court, the police administration has deployed two battalions of RAC, about 400 police personnel and more than 100 home guards. At the same time, guards have been deployed by Shyam Mandir Committee for security arrangements.
