Jodhpur : Tarang Shakti Yudh Abhyas 2024 going on at the Air Force Station in Jodhpur, Rajasthan is now in its final phase. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will reach Jodhpur at 11 am on Thursday to observe the exercise. He will also inaugurate the Defense Aviation Expo organized from 12 to 14 September at Jodhpur Air Force Station. On the other hand, the Indian Air Force’s helicopter aerobatic team Sarang reached Jodhpur directly from Egypt on Wednesday. 5 helicopters of Sarang have arrived. The Sarang team went to participate in the International Air Show in Egypt from 3 to 5 September. Due to this, it could not reach the Open Day of Yudh Abhyas in Jodhpur on 7 September. On Thursday, Sarang will perform with the Suryakiran team. The people of Jodhpur will be able to see a big aerobatic display from the rooftops of their houses at 11 am. Suryakiran, Sarang, indigenous Tejas fighter aircraft and Sukhoi-30 will perform stunts in front of the Defense Minister, the three Army Chiefs of India and the Chiefs of foreign Air Forces.
Foreign Air Force Chief will arrive
India’s Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary will arrive in Jodhpur on Thursday morning. Apart from him, the Air Force Chiefs of the seven major countries participating in the exercise, namely America, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, UAE and Greece are expected to arrive in Jodhpur.
