Demand for CBI investigation into Jodhpur Anita murder case, warned of agitation

Jodhpur News Desk: The last rites have not been performed yet in the murder case of beautician Anita in Jodhpur. Meanwhile, on Monday, RLP’s Hanuman Beniwal reached the ongoing protest at Teja temple. Here he said- We want a CBI investigation into the matter. Along with this, he demanded to make DCP, ACP and investigating officer APO. During this, he gave a warning and said – This is a one-to-one fight. Either we agree to the government’s demands or else we have to deal with the government on the streets. This is not a matter of caste, this scandal should be exposed. He said that many such faces will be made and lakhs of people will take to the streets.

He said – slapping in anger is normal

During this, while referring to Naresh Meena, he said – Amit Chaudhary (who was slapped by Naresh Meena) has also lived in Nagaur and is corrupt. There was no need to give so much punishment to the king nor to escalate the matter so much. He slapped me in anger, this was a normal thing. He said – What all did not happen in Rajasthan. It is not right for such incidents to happen during elections and innocent people to be caught. The king should be punished as much as he gets in case of mere slap and not more than that.

Decision could not be taken on polygraphy test

A decision could not be taken on the polygraphy test of Ghulamuddin, the main accused in the Anita murder case. On Monday, his advocate said in the court that the accused is in the custody of the police and the police has taken him to Mumbai. The decision regarding polygraphy test will be taken only in his presence. On this, the court has asked the police to produce Ghulamuddin in the next hearing. Ghulamuddin’s advocate MA Rao said that the test cannot be done without the consent of the accused. When Ghulamuddin is not in Jodhpur, how can his consent be given. The court has asked to present him at the next hearing. The next hearing may take place on November 20. Apart from Ghulamuddin, the police has also applied for polygraph test of Suman alias Sunita and Tayyab Ansari, on which today Suman herself appeared in the court and gave in writing to the court that she does not want to get the polygraph test done. Whereas on behalf of Tayyab Ansari, neither he himself appeared nor any of his advocates came to the court, due to which no decision was taken.
