Demand for resumption of service and worship in Bundi temple, indefinite strike started

Bundi News Desk: Villagers of Savatgarh have started a dharna outside Bundi Collectorate demanding action. Applicant Ragheshyam Bairagi said that due to non-compliance of the orders of Hindoli Sub-Divisional Officer, the Pujari family was forced to start an indefinite strike. According to the applicant, a demand was made to the subdivision officer for the resumption of service and puja of the temple located in village Savatgarh of Hindoli subdivision. On this, the officer had given a decision in favor of Puraji, but till now the said orders have not been followed. If no action is taken in the above matter within two days, then the priest will stage an indefinite strike with the family organization.
