Jhalawar : Sikh representative Balwinder Singh Vitthal has written a letter to the Director Minority Department, Jaipur, demanding approval of the budget for the construction work of Gurudwara Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib located in Raipur town of Jhalawar district.
