A huge protest is going on in Ambedkar Park to stop atrocities in Bangladesh. The police and administration had made advance preparations for security as thousands of people participated in the protest. This event is being organized under the banner of Dharma Raksha Samiti. Appeals are being made on social media groups to join the protests.
During this time, placards with various types of slogans written in the hands of the protesting people are seen. It is written in it that India will no longer tolerate the atrocities being committed on Hindus in Bangladesh. With this ‘Give voice, we are one.’ ‘Bring back the Hindus trapped in Bangladesh.’ During this time, some protesters were also seen carrying mace.
Slogans like ‘Ek hain toh safe hain’ were echoed in the protest by Hindu organizations against Bangladesh. The speakers said that if we remain united we will be safe. Slogans like if we are cut then we will be divided were also heard. Many people also arrived with placards in their hands.
A large number of officials and workers of various organizations including Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, VHP and ABVP participated in the demonstration. In the program, story tellers, temple priests, Mahants of monasteries and all the prominent officials shook the Hindu society. Prominent speakers of Hindu organizations said that whoever has come here, all are Hindus and no one has any caste. We will have to remember in future also that we are Hindus. Only if we remain united we will be safe. Concern was expressed over the current situation in Bangladesh.
