Kota : Dengue is now proving fatal in Kota district. A nursing student died of dengue in Karwad village of Kota district. The first case of death due to dengue has come to light in Kota district. Salim Mohammad, father of the deceased student, said that the deceased student Nazia (21) was doing nursing from ANM Training Center located in Nayapura, Kota. When she got fever, she consulted a doctor in Kota and came to her village on Wednesday. His drip was put on Thursday. Later, when his health deteriorated, his family took him to Etawah Hospital. From there he was referred to Kota. He died during treatment in emergency at the new hospital of Kota Medical College. Family members said that dengue affected the brain.
On receiving the information, Pipalda PHC and Etawah medical team reached Karwad and took information from the family members. Pipalda PHC medical in-charge Dr. Nikhil also took information about the disease from the family members. Here, new Medical Superintendent Dr. Ashutosh Sharma told that Nazia had come to the emergency, but her blood pressure and blood pressure were not coming. The treatment continued for two hours.
