Jaipur : Rajasthan Deputy CM and Minister of Transport and Road Safety Department Dr. Premchand Bairwa on Wednesday (24 July) has launched a new roadways bus on the road of Rajasthan. Which was announced during the budget. However, 1300 new buses were announced in the budget. In which the announcement has started to be implemented by launching some buses. Bairwa flagged off 5 new BS-6 buses from the Roadways headquarters. Along with this, a portal has also been started to resolve the complaints of passengers. He told that new buses have been included in the Roadways fleet by the state government to provide better transport system to the general public. He said that the announcement of recruitment of 1650 personnel and inclusion of 1300 new buses in the budget announcement reflects the strong will of the Chief Minister to provide safe and smooth transport to the general public.
New buses have special facilities
On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Dr Premchand Bairwa also informed that the buses included in the fleet are of BS-6 category with the latest pollution control standards, whose bus body has been manufactured according to the latest bus body code IS-052. Which makes them more safe. All these vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies like VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) and panic button for women’s safety. Along with this, mobile charger sockets have been installed in each row for the convenience of passengers.
Launch of Samadhan Portal
The Deputy Chief Minister also inaugurated the Samadhan portal prepared by the IT branch of the corporation for quick resolution of passengers’ complaints. Through the portal available on the departmental website https://transport.rajasthan.gov.in/rsrtc, ticket holders will be able to register complaints without appearing in the office. This will bring transparency in the action taken at the competent level on the registered complaint. The complainant will be able to see the current status of the complaint at his own level.

Not stopping the bus at the designated bus stoppage.
Take the bus through the bypass.
Lack of proper cleanliness in the bus and bus stand.
Booking clerk not providing correct information to the passenger.
No concession in RFID smart cards.
Lack of good behaviour by the driver/conductor.
Conductor not issuing ticket.
Ticket not issued after online payment.
To know the ticket refund amount.
Cancellation of bus by the depot without any notice.
