Pratapgarh : The general meeting of Pratapgarh Municipal Council was held today in the Municipal Council Auditorium, in which many important proposals for the overall development of the city were discussed. 21 main points were discussed in this meeting, apart from this, Chairman Ramkanya Gurjar also presented special proposals. Despite the uproar during the meeting, decisions were taken on all the proposals. Many schemes were approved in the meeting for development works in the city, community facilities, budget for religious events and enhancing the beauty of the city. To increase the income of the Municipal Council, proposals like auction of property, road cutting fee and tap connection fee were also discussed.
Proposals for renovation of religious places and various events were approved. In these, the budget was approved for Guptganga beautification work, renovation of deity and boundary of Bhairav Bauji, Mahashivratri fair, Garba Mahotsav and Moharram festival. To solve the parking problem in the city, the Municipal Council has decided to build a parking lot on the vacant garden land. Took the offer. Apart from this, a plan to install security wall and high mast light around Mohanlal Sukhadiya Stadium and a proposal to extend the time period of the under construction Town Hall was also made. The special proposals made by the Chairman included Hanuman Mandir Mela, intersection at Neemuch Naka, intersection at Mini Secretariat. And also put forward a plan to build a crossroads in front of the Jain temple. This meeting took many important decisions regarding the overall development of the city, which will give impetus to the development of the city in the coming times.
