Dholpur : Dholpur: The road leading to Pahadwale Baba, built keeping in mind the ease of transportation for the travelers, has eroded due to rain and lack of maintenance. Due to erosion, the road is cracking on one side towards the ditch. Due to which there remains a possibility of some untoward incident if a heavy vehicle hits it. This erosion is not in a small area on the route but has spread over a wide area of the road. 13 years ago, the Municipal Council had built a road by cutting the mountain to reach the Dargah. Because the slope of the old road was straight, the number of accidents on it started increasing. But the road built keeping in mind the ease of travel has started getting damaged due to heavy rains and lack of maintenance. Due to a long cut in the road, the road has tilted towards a ditch. Looking at the Katan, it seems that if a heavy vehicle hits it, a major accident can occur. But till now the people responsible have not turned their attention towards this.
Dozens of people come to Baba’s doorstep every day.
Pahadwale Baba located in Machkund area is a center of faith for the city residents as well as the people of other states. While dozens of people come every day to offer prayers at Baba’s doorstep, thousands of people from other states come to see Baba and participate in Urs in the Urs programs organized during Lakhi Mela. Who reach Baba’s door in their own vehicles. Due to which a big accident can happen if a heavy vehicle enters the crevice area at night. Street lights are damaged, there is darkness: Keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers, the city council had also installed street lights in the main road of the mountain. . So that people do not have to face any kind of trouble, but now these street lights have become mere showpieces. Most of these street lights are broken. Due to which darkness prevails on the road at night. Due to darkness, people have now started shying away from visiting the Dargah at night.
