Dholpur IG will hold online public hearing from December 1st

Dholpur : Bharatpur Range IG Rahul Prakash has implemented the new system from December 1. In this, the victims will be able to connect through video conference. It has been named Rapid Privileged and Responsive Complaint System (SPARK). Regarding the new system started by the IG, Dholpur CO City Munesh Meena reached all three police stations of Dholpur city and held a meeting of CLG members.

During the meeting, CO City said that usually when the complainants are not satisfied at the district level with the police stations, they spend their time and money and come to meet the IG. Sometimes, due to being busy with duty, the complainants return without meeting. In such a situation, Bharatpur Range IG Rahul Prakash has started a system called Spark to save people’s time and money, under which complainants can talk to the Inspector General of Police regarding their problems through video conferencing from 2 pm every day.

The victim will not be required to be physically present in the office. CO City said that the complainant will have the privilege of being present in the office of the Superintendent of Police of his district and informing the IG about his problem through video conference. During the meeting held at Sadar, Kotwali and Nihalganj police stations, CO City asked the security friends, business organizations and public representatives present along with the CLG members to share crime related information with the police.
