World Human Rights Day program was organized by Indo Tibetan Union at Tibetan Lhasa Market, Dholpur : Dholpur. The dignitaries who arrived as guests in this program explained the importance of World Human Rights Day and started the change themselves and taught the people of the country and the world to be aware of their rights.
