Dholpur : Dholpur: Under the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, a camp was organized on Tuesday at the office of Superintending Engineer (PVS), Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Dholpur, for setting up solar plants in homes. District Collector Shrinidhi BT was the chief guest in the program. BJP leader Vivek Singh Bohra, BJP District President Satyendra Parashar, former MP Ramswaroop Koli, Dr. Shivcharan Kushwaha, former MP Sukhram Koli, Vishambhar Dayal Sharma, Chief Engineer Bharatpur Mukesh Gupta, SE RK Verma were present as guests in the ceremony. The guests in the program told about the benefits of solar plant. Said that electricity will be provided from this plant and household bills will also be reduced. If there is excess electricity then it can also be supplied through the grid.
Chief Engineer Gupta told that under the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, subsidy is also being given by the Central Government for getting the registration done for setting up a solar plant. In this, consumers will get a subsidy of Rs 78,000 thousand on a three kilowatt plant. Superintending Engineer Verma enumerated the benefits of the solar plant. Said that the plant will reduce the electricity bill and if excess electricity is generated, it can also be supplied to the grid, which will also give profit to the consumer. He said that banks are providing no extra food supply loans so that there is no extra cost for setting up a solar plant.
