Mumbai, December 9 (IANS). Punjabi singer and star Diljit Dosanjh performed in Indore on Sunday. During this, he shared a funny video, in which his fans were seen climbing on the roof of a truck to watch him and his show.
Diljit posted this video on the story section of his account on social media platform Instagram. It can be seen that some people have climbed on the roof of a truck parked outside the venue. His popular song ‘Kinni Kinni’ was also playing in the background. Along with this video, Diljit wrote, “Indore. Fan pit (wrong emoji), Truck pit (correct emoji)”.
This is not the first time that fans have seen his performance like this. During his concert in Jaipur in November, some college students watched his show from the balcony of their PG. At the same time, some people in Ahmedabad were enjoying his concert from the balcony of a nearby hotel. Diljit’s Dil-Luminati tour will end in Guwahati on December 29, before which he will perform in Chandigarh.
Diljit also raised the issue of black marketing of tickets in the Indore show. He said, “Many people accuse me that my concert tickets are being sold in black. But what is my fault in this? If someone buys a ticket for Rs 10 and sells it for Rs 100, then what is the fault of the artist?”
After this he recited a poem by Rahat Indori, “Don’t keep it somewhere else, not in my house, you have brought it in the sky, bring it on the ground, now where will you go to find our murderer, you put the blame of the murder on us.”
Diljit further said, “The media may accuse me as much as they want, I have no fear of being defamed.”
He said that this is not a new thing. Black marketing of tickets has been going on in India since the era of cinema. Only the methods have changed.
