Meanwhile, a disabled person is forced to spend the night in the open on the drain in front of the SP office in Pali. Hundreds of people visit the SP office every day, yet the administration has not yet paid attention towards the disabled.
Actually, a disabled person sleeps on a sheet outside the SP office with a handkerchief tied over his eyes. During interrogation, when he showed the Aadhar card, the name of the disabled person and details of Iqbal son of Kallu Khan, resident of Indra Colony Pali came out. When the young man was asked the reason for living in the open, he told that he had been living in a rented house since the beginning and was evacuated from there. In such a situation, where to go now? That’s why I sleep near the drain. Some good people have given bedsheets and quilts for covering and laying a few days ago. Government representatives give food and go away, due to which life is suffering at the moment. However, despite there being two night shelters each in Pali city, the administration has not taken the disabled there.
