Jhalawar : The 50th District Level Junior Kabaddi Competition concluded on Thursday afternoon in Jhalawar. The final match of the competition was played between Nageshwar Club and Gangdhar Club. In which Unhel Nageshwar Club defeated Gangdhar Club by 28 points. District Kabaddi Association Secretary Sharif Khan said that the chief guest of the closing ceremony of the two-day Kabaddi competition was Kota stone businessman, social worker Mujeeb Khan and the program was presided over by District Olympic Association President Mahendra Kumar Aggarwal. The guests introduced the players and presented them with shields and medals. Secretary Sharif Khan said that eight teams from the district participated in this two-day competition.
In the semi-final match, Gangdhar team defeated Dhanwara Club by a margin of 48 points against 42. Dhara Singh and Rahul Tiwari from Gangdhar team and Besararam and Malaram from Dhanwara team performed brilliantly. In the second semi-final, Radhi defeated Balaji Club Jhalawar in a one-sided match by a margin of 4 points against 26. In the final match, Unhel Nageshwar Club won by a margin of 28 points by defeating Gangdhar Club in a tough match of 35 points. Yashwant Singh, Harendra Pal Singh, Nitesh Sen performed brilliantly from UNHEL side. The referees of the match were Aleem Baig, Salman Khan, Sharif Khan. Now the district team will be selected from this team, which will participate in the state level competition to be held in Sikar.
