Rajsamand : District level public hearing will be held on 21st November in Rajsamand, where Collector Balmukund Asawa will solve the problems of the common people. At the district level, on the third Thursday of the month, 21st November, a district level public hearing will be organized in the DOIT VC room of the Collectorate. In which the district level officers including Collector Balmukund Asawa will be present and will solve the problems of the common people. During this period, the general public can present and present their problems in front of the Collector, due to which the Collector will provide instructions to the officers to solve the problems.
As per the instructions issued, the officers will be present themselves with the latest progress report of the pending and resolved complaints registered at various levels on Rajasthan Sampark Portal and public hearing. Apart from this, the district level officers will give prior information to the concerned complainants regarding possible cases to attend the camp. The list of those cases which have to be resolved with the coordination of more than one department will also be registered on the Sampark portal and presented in the public hearing camp.
