Tonk, November 15 (IANS). After going behind bars, Naresh Meena, who slapped the SDM during the by-elections in Rajasthan, has now taken a strict stance against his supporters. The administration bluntly says that no laxity will be taken in taking action against the miscreants who damage public properties. District Collector (DM) Soumya Jha said this.
DM Soumya Jha first explained about the current situation and said that at present the situation at the spot is normal. No disturbance of any kind is being seen. A large number of police forces have been deployed at all sensitive places. Policemen deployed alertly at a distance of every 15 kilometers are monitoring every activity, so that no one can carry out their nefarious intentions.
On the incidents of stone pelting, Soumya Jha said that all this was done by people from outside. There is no fault of the villagers in this. Every person involved in stone pelting will be identified and strict action will be taken against them. No negligence will be taken against anyone.
He said that our officers have talked to the villagers regarding stone pelting. Efforts are on to identify all the people involved in this. Apart from this, the administration is evaluating the loss. The loss will also be compensated by the miscreants. No one will be spared. Leniency against such miscreants is not acceptable in any way. Our police is keeping an eye on every activity. If anything suspicious is found, strict action will undoubtedly be taken against him.
