Industry Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore gave information related to the investment summit in a press conference. He said that MoU is being done with big companies so that they can get skilled workers for the related industry here even before their project gets off the ground. The youth of the state will be given training in these companies, for which they will also get remuneration.
Lands were sold during Congress rule, but no industry was set up
Industry Minister Rathore said that during the previous Congress government, land was sold but not a single industry was set up. In the fourth year of its tenure, the Gehlot government organised a summit only to grab headlines. Money was made by selling RIICO lands. Lands were auctioned at high prices. Due to this, those who bought the land used it for real estate instead of setting up industries.
