Dr. Iqbal Sakka broke the world record, made two glasses smaller than a grain of sugar

Udaipur : A new record has been made on the occasion of the 155th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Dr. Iqbal Sakka, a resident of the district, created a new world record for Gandhiji by making two Gandhi spectacles smaller than a grain of sugar, a model of Khadau, the boat that crossed the Sabarmati river, and an oar. It also broke the record of the Netherlands company making the smallest spectacles recorded in the Guinness Book. Dr. Iqbal Sakka already has more than 100 world records in his name.

All artworks made in 7 days

Dr. Sakka has also made lenses by cutting white glass and fitted them in Gandhi spectacles. These lenses can be seen with a microscope lens. Dr. Sakka told that it took him 7 days to make Gandhi’s spectacles, Khadau, boat and paddle. All the artefacts are one millimeter in size and smaller than a grain of sugar. The weight of all these artefacts is 0.010 mg, that is, there is no weight.

Will gift glasses to Gandhi Museum

Further, Dr. Sakka said that the ancestral mansion of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi was in Porbandar, Gujarat. The Government of India has converted that mansion into a very beautiful museum. In the same museum, Dr. Iqbal Sakka will present the world’s smallest Gandhi glasses, Khadau, boat and paddle. For this, he has also written a letter to the committee of Mahatma Gandhi Museum Porbandar. Besides, the second pair of glasses will be presented to the Prime Minister of the country as a gift on behalf of the people of Rajasthan on the success of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

Museum built for my artworks

Dr. Iqbal has written a letter to the Prime Minister for this meeting. When Dr. Sakka showed the tourist places of Udaipur, Doodh Talai, Moti Magri, Saheli Ki Badi, Fateh Sagar, to the tourists with the help of spectacle lenses, everyone was surprised and started praising. Dr. Sakka continuously creates unique micro artefacts with his skill and his dream is to build a museum for these artefacts. After which tourists from India and abroad can see these microscopic artefacts.
