It rained in different parts of the city. It rained for about an hour in Sanganer, Pratapnagar, Jagatpura, Vatika and nearby areas. 45 mm (about two inches) of rain fell at Sanganer Airport. Passengers had to face trouble due to one-foot water filling outside the arrival gate of Jaipur Airport. They had to struggle to go to their destination and come out. Along with this, there was a problem in booking a cab. Due to the water not draining for 30 minutes, the situation at the airport once again looked worse. Due to heavy rains around 4 pm on Sunday evening, people faced problems due to waterlogging in Sanganer and other places. During this time, the plane of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, who left from Delhi Airport by charter plane around 5 pm, also kept circling in the air for 15 minutes. Due to heavy rains near the airport, the plane was not allowed to land. After this, after some time the plane landed after the rain subsided.
Here, moderate rain occurred in Jhotwara, Vidyadhar Nagar, Sodalala, Ajmer Road and other areas of the city. Due to rain in the evening, the maximum temperature of the day fell. The maximum temperature of the day in Jaipur was recorded at 34.4 degrees. At seven in the evening, the mercury came down to 30 degrees.
