Due to Rising Rajasthan Summit, traffic has been disrupted for the next three days, know which routes to avoid

Jaipur News Desk is fully prepared to take off rapidly in new dimensions of Rajasthan development. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach the capital in the morning to inaugurate the Rising Rajasthan Investment Summit, a three-day program to be held in Jaipur today, 9th December. In this summit with participation of 32 countries, investors have so far signed MoUs worth Rs 30 lakh crore. After which this event will prove to be a milestone in the overall development of the state.

Special changes in traffic and parking arrangements for three days
Prime Minister Modi will first visit Jaipur on Monday and will inaugurate the ‘Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit- 2024’ at Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center (JECC) at 10.30 am. More than 32 countries including 16 partner countries and 20 international organizations will participate in this summit. Regarding this, strict security arrangements have been made in Jaipur city. Also, due to Rajasthan Rising Summit, special changes have been made in traffic and parking arrangements from 9 to 11 December. This arrangement will remain in effect for three days.

Route from JECC to India Gate will remain one way
One-way traffic will be operated from India Gate to JECC and from JECC to India Gate from the arrival of the guest till his departure. General traffic coming from Chhatrala Circle, Radha Raman Nursing College, Aman Circle, in front of RUHS College, India Gate Crossing towards JECC will be diverted as per requirement and operated through parallel routes.

Heavy vehicles will not be allowed to enter these routes
The normal traffic running on Tonk Road will be diverted as per requirement and operated through parallel routes. Heavy vehicles will be diverted as per requirement from Goner Mode, under Chokhi Dhani Pulia to Mahatma Gandhi Road, from CBI Gate to Jagatpura Mahal Road, from B-2 Bypass to Jagatpura Road.

No change in essential services routes

Traffic related activities will remain normal in Sitapura industrial area. Also, ambulances and essential services vehicles will be operated without stopping. Parking of vehicles will be completely closed on the main roads of JECC around the airport, from B 2 Bypass to Sitapura Pulia.
