Dungarpur : Mega Job Fair will be organized in Dungarpur district on 21st December at the Gurukul Sansthan campus in Bori. Renowned companies of the country will directly recruit the trained youth by interviewing them on the spot. Representatives of big companies in the district will be present during this one-day event. This type of event is being organized for the first time in the district. In the district, on-the-spot jobs will be given to interested applicants by renowned companies and industries of the northern region of the country. For this job fair, all the students who have passed out in the five year period from 2019-20 to 2024-25 will be able to register themselves. Job desirous candidates who have completed graduation or diploma in engineering, technology or passed courses like BA, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BPT, B.Ed, BPharm, BHM etc. will also be able to participate. All courses must be passed from recognized universities. The job fair organized also proved to be an opportunity for the youth.
Director of Gurukul Institute, Dr. Sharad M Joshi said that this job fair will prove to be a mega event for the youth of Dungarpur district. Under this, it has been divided into four regions in the country and Kanpur, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata have been made its centres.
Job fairs are being organized by these regional headquarters by selecting selected places across the country and including the nearby states. Out of this, this mega job fair is being organized in the district under the guidance of State Center Jaipur under the guidance of Kanpur which falls in the Northern Zone. This will be the first such event organized by the Central Government in the district. Through this fair, many youth of Dungarpar district have the opportunity to get employment. Anyway, due to lack of employment in this area, thousands of youth migrate every year.
