Dungarpur : Dungarpur Collector Ankit Kumar Singh reviewed the preparations for various programs to be organized on the occasion of completion of one year of the state government and gave instructions. In the meeting held in the EDP auditorium of the District Council, District Collector Singh reviewed the department-wide preparations for the programs to be broadcast from Run for Vikas Rajasthan, Youth Employment Festival, Kisan Sammelan, Mahila Sammelan, Antyodaya Shivir, Rajasthan and ensured smooth editing. Collector Singh said that on December 12 at 8 am, the Run for Vikas Rajasthan event will start from Shaheed Memorial Park and end at Laxman Maidan. For this, the Municipal Council Commissioner has been instructed to make necessary arrangements including snacks and drinking water. Besides, the Chief Medical and Health Officer has been instructed to set up a medical help-desk on the route. After this, youth conference to be organized in the auditorium from 11 am to 12.40 pm, employment program to be telecast live from Rajasthan, distribution of appointment letters, distribution of business tool kit, distribution of tablets to students and distribution of bicycles and Instructions were given regarding organizing district level programs. In the meeting, District Collector Singh told that on December 13, District Level Exhibition and Panch Gaurav Exhibition (One District-One Product, One District-One Sports, One District-One Species, One District) will be organized by District In-charge Minister Babulal Kharadi at Vijayaraje Scindia Auditorium District-One Produce and One District-One Destination) will be inaugurated and District Development Booklet and Panch Gaurav will be released. After this, Chief Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi program will be organized from 11 am to 1.30 pm. A press conference of the minister in-charge will be organized. District Collector Singh said that a women’s conference program will be organized in the auditorium on December 14 from 12 noon to 2 pm. In this sequence, Antyodaya Seva Camp will be organized on 15th December from 11 am to 12 noon and live telecast of the state level program will be organized on 17th December.
He reviewed the preparations made for the arrangements of all the programs and gave instructions.
