BJP leader Rohan Gupta, while addressing a press conference in Giridih on Saturday, claimed that during the five-year tenure of Hemant Soren government of Jharkhand, the number of tribals in Santhal Pargana has reduced by fifteen percent. Never before has the number of tribals decreased so much within five years. The reason for this is that a record number of infiltrators have come to this area.
Quoting a letter written by the state DGP to the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts on June 2, 2023, the BJP leader said that today this government is denying Bangladeshi infiltration in Jharkhand, but the letter written by the DGP, It has been said that there is information about the entry of Bangladeshi infiltrators in Santhal Pargana of Jharkhand.
Citing the letter, Gupta said that infiltrators are accommodated in madrassas here. After this, their government documents are prepared, their names are included in the voter list and then as part of a conspiracy, they are settled there. There is a possibility of entry of Bangladeshi infiltrators into many districts of the state including Santhal Pargana. Its continuous monitoring and investigation is necessary.
The BJP leader raised the question that if there is no infiltration here, then why was this letter written by the DGP of Jharkhand? He said that two days ago the leader of the alliance partner said that they will also give gas cylinders to the infiltrators for Rs 450. Have you ever heard any national party leader saying that we will give benefits of government schemes even to infiltrators? These tribal brothers and sisters will have to understand how big the danger is.
The BJP leader said that you are not voting only for Jharkhand. You are voting for the entire country. Unless the state government has the will, this type of infiltration will not happen. The people of Jharkhand will answer for the deceit this government has done to the people of Jharkhand. The people of Jharkhand have given a befitting reply to the conspiracy to form the government with the help of infiltrators in the first phase of voting.
