Jaipur : Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar’s lawyer Vishal Jain said that a case has been registered against Dilawar and ‘DJ owner’ Om Prakash under Section 153 (A) (1) (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 125 of the Representation of the People Act. A case was registered.

Before that, a complaint was lodged at Ramganjmandi police station that religious sentiments were hurt by a song played during his rally on the nomination day in November 2018. Madan Dilawar’s lawyer Vishal Jain said that Madan Dilawar’s nomination rally in the assembly elections 2018 was held in the month of November. During the nomination rally, a song was played on the DJ, regarding which people of a particular community raised objection and in this case a case was registered against Madan Dilawar and DJ owner Omprakash Dhakad. The lawyer said that the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) court located in Ramganjmandi acquitted Dilawar and other accused.

Dilawar said – I did not commit any crime. BJP leader Dilawar, who was present in the court at the time of the verdict, later told reporters, “I did not commit any crime. I will be able to give further information only on the basis of court documents, for now I I can only say that the court has acquitted me.”
