Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh

Bhopal 10 December (IANS). According to the new education policy, there are preparations to include traffic lessons in the school education curriculum of Madhya Pradesh. State School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh says that children will be taught traffic lessons.

School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh, while talking to reporters on Tuesday about the need to create traffic awareness among children and the efforts being made by the government, said that if children are taught traffic related rules and the procedure to follow them from childhood, If they are made aware of it, it will be useful to them throughout their life.

Referring to the education given in childhood and its benefits in life, he said that if children are told many things from childhood itself, then they learn things without any effort and without any pressure. Just as the knowledge of culture comes automatically through teaching method, then due to family and education, he remains connected to his culture. Similarly, there are rules for road transport and how to follow the rules. If we include this in the educational system and tell the children how the traffic rules are violated and how they are followed, then the children will easily learn them and they will learn them and implement them in their lives.

He further said that instead of learning something when they grow up, it is better to give them knowledge of things from childhood through small courses which will be useful to them throughout their life. This is our priority in the coming times. The new education policy says that how should we include things useful in life in the curriculum. We are going to include whatever is useful in the future life, which is effective, in the curriculum.

It should be known that due to lack of knowledge of traffic rules, children and teenagers become victims of accidents, if the rules are known then accidents can be prevented. Keeping this in mind, the state government is preparing to include traffic related information in the school curriculum.
