Effect of pink winter seen in many areas including Jaipur, fog started spreading

Jaipur : As soon as the movement of clouds has stopped in the state, now the pink hue of winter has started appearing. Last night, the minimum temperature dropped by two to three degrees in many districts including the capital Jaipur. Minimum temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius were recorded in 15 districts today. The Meteorological Department has predicted dry weather across the state throughout the coming week and a drop in mercury.

Night temperature less than 20 degrees in 15 districts

Due to falling mercury in many districts last night, people have started feeling the pink tint of winter in the month of Kartik. Today in 15 districts in the state, the mercury was recorded below 20 degrees Celsius at night. Sirohi district was the coldest in the plains last night with a minimum temperature of 15 degrees Celsius. Whereas the minimum temperature in the hill tourist destination Mount Abu was recorded at 12.8 degrees Celsius. Pink winter is now taking hold with minimum temperature recorded in Churu 17.8, Jalore 18, Sangriya 18.5, Pilani 18, Sikar 17, Fatehpur 15.7 and Karauli 17.8 degrees Celsius.

Weather will remain dry throughout the week

In the last 24 hours, the weather in the western plains of the state has remained hot during the day. Phalodi recorded a maximum temperature of 38.8 degrees Celsius. Whereas in Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Sriganganagar, Anta-Baran and Kota districts, the heat remained intense during the day. Although the Meteorological Department has predicted the weather to remain dry throughout the coming week, it has also indicated a partial drop in the night temperature.

Relief from the heat of the sun

Due to the movement of clouds in Jaipur city in the last 24 hours, people got relief from the heat of the sun. At the same time, as the night temperature has started falling, people have started feeling slight coolness in the morning and evening. The minimum temperature recorded in the city today was 22 degrees Celsius. The weather department has predicted scattered clouds in the city today and the day temperature being above normal.
