Sirohi : Sirohi Animal Husbandry Department will soon make efforts to make animal husbandry hi-tech. For this, instructions have been given by the department to connect the cattle herders to the 1962 helpline. Besides, efforts will also be made to bring various schemes or activities of the department on one digital platform. So that the livestock farmers can get the benefit of maximum services of the department on a single platform and they do not have to wander here and there. Recently, the department is focusing on efforts to integrate animal marking, vaccination, breeding, nutrition and treatment of diseases and mobile veterinary unit service on an integrated platform. Government Secretary Animal Husbandry Dr. Samit Sharma directed the officers in the meeting regarding these efforts on behalf of the department. Where he directed to make necessary preparations in a planned manner to implement the Animal Health module of Bharat Pashudhan App as soon as possible. There are more than 9 lakh animals in Sirohi district.

Apart from this, maximum use of e-medicine prescription should be made for the treatment of animals. It was also suggested to use the I Got Karmayogi platform to share the information available on the Knowledge Center of Bharat Pashudhan App. It is being told that the National Digital Live Stock Mission is being run by the Government of India for marking, vaccination, breeding, nutrition and treatment of animals. On its lines, efforts are being started in the state also for the convenience of cattle herders.
