Mumbai, December 4 (IANS). ‘The Sabarmati Report’ producer Ekta Kapoor reached Jagannath Puri and worshiped Lord Jagannath. After this Ekta shared the video on social media.
Sharing a video on Instagram, Ekta Kapoor wrote in the caption, “Jagannath Puri, Jai Govinda.” In the video, Kapoor is seen standing with folded hands in front of the peak of the temple. Filmmaker Anshul Mohan was also seen in the video with Kapoor.
Ekta Kapoor is extremely happy with the positive response her latest release ‘The Sabarmati Report’ is receiving across the country. Many achievements have been added to the film’s part. The film has received praise from the country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah as well as many other prominent personalities of the political world. Not only this, ‘The Sabarmati Report’ made on the Godhra incident of Gujarat was also made tax free in many states across the country.
Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan as well as Odisha are included in the list of states which have made Vikrant Massey, Raashi Khanna, Riddhi Dogra starrer film tax free.
Since the release of the film, Ekta Kapoor’s series of meetings with political personalities has continued. In this episode, Ekta recently met Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
Expressing her gratitude to PM Modi who attended the screening of the film held in the Balayogi Auditorium of Parliament, Ekta Kapoor had also shared a post on social media. In the post, she described herself as full of pride and gratitude and was also seen thanking her for the support.
Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister Nityanand Rai, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, Kangana Ranaut, Jitendra and other ministers, MPs and actors had arrived at the special screening of ‘The Sabarmati Report’ along with the PM. ‘The Sabarmati Report’ was released in theaters on 15 November.
