Udaipur : under the membership campaign of Bharatiya Janata Party, till now 2,71,097 members have become in Udaipur city and Dehat district. The membership campaign is over but offline diaries are still being collected from rural areas which are yet to be counted, the final data will be released only after the counting is completed.
In this, Salumber Assembly is the one where most of the offline members are there, while Udaipur city is the one where the online members are the most. There are only 100 offline members here. BJP city president Ravindra Shrimali says that the team from officials to workers has worked hard and many new members have joined the policies of the central and state BJP government.
BJP Dehat President Chandragupta Singh Chauhan said that where there is internet problem, there has been more offline data. There was also Salumber by-election and the team was deployed there but still it did a good job in this campaign.
The membership drive has ended on 8th December and offline membership diaries are being counted and active membership is being processed. Now elections for Mandal Presidents will be held on 13th and 14th. Chandrashekhar Joshi, District Convenor of BJYM Membership Campaign Dehat, says that last time when he was the President of Dehat Yuva Morcha, he had made 42000 members of Yuva Morcha itself.

Understand Udaipur BJP organization
Udaipur City District BJP: It covers the entire Udaipur City Assembly. Apart from this, some part of Udaipur Rural Assembly comes. Besides, Debari mandal of Mavli assembly and Badgaon mandal of Gogunda assembly also fall in the city district.
Udaipur Dehat District BJP: It has seven assembly constituencies. Apart from this, Mavli, Vallabhnagar, Kherwada, Salumber, Jhadol, Gogunda assembly constituencies of Udaipur district fall. Half of Dhariyavad assembly of Pratapgarh also comes in this.
