The office remained in touch with the Labor Court, Sriganganagar throughout the day on Tuesday to get the sealed office opened. However, on November 29, departmental officials had claimed that after getting approval from the state government, Rs 11 lakh 42167 had been deposited.

The office was sealed for not submitting the factual report. The Labor Court has ordered the employees to pay the outstanding dues of Rs 50 lakh. According to departmental sources, after analysis by the legal experts of the department, an amount of more than Rs 11 lakh was deposited. Due to the office being sealed, the employees had to sit in the old office only. Farmers also came throughout the day, but returned as the office was sealed. The problem of farmers could not be solved. According to the case, Jagguram, a resident of Sadulshahr, was working as a temporary Beldar in the Water Resources Department on 22 January 1986.

The department removed Jagguram on 30 November 1988. Labor Court Bikaner passed the award on 20 September 1994 and rejected the order of dismissal of the employee. The department challenged this decision in the High Court. There also the decision was in favor of Jagguram. After the decision of the High Court, the department kept Jagguram on duty, but did not give him the selected pay scale, arrears and other benefits. On this, the Labor Court also ordered on April 9, 2018 to give him benefits of selected pay scale series 9-18-27 years, declare him semi-permanent from January 22, 1988 and permanent from January 22, 1996 and give him arrears and other benefits along with 7.5 percent interest. Were. This decision was to be implemented within 3 months. According to the calculations, the department has to pay Rs 50 lakh to Jagguram.
