Jodhpur : Under the Rising Rajasthan Investment Summit to be held in Rajasthan in December, investment proposals worth more than Rs 25 thousand crore have been prepared in Jodhpur and Phalodi districts. This is the highest in the state. There will be MoUs worth Rs 15 thousand crore in Jodhpur city and rural and about Rs 10 thousand crore in Phalodi district.
The largest MOU so far has been proposed by M/s Marwar Cement Limited. Under this, this company will invest Rs 2300 crore and establish a cement factory in Ghodawat village in Pipad subdivision area. For this, land has been acquired by the company.
ahead of many big cities
The investment proposals of Jodhpur and Phalodi district are worth about Rs 25 thousand crores, which is more than many big cities. Till now the Industries Department has information about cities like Kota, Udaipur, Alwar, Bikaner. The individual figure in all these cities is not more than Rs 8 thousand crores. The figures of Jaipur district have not been revealed yet. Jodhpur and rural districts have received good response regarding Rising Rajasthan. 250 proposals are ready and an investment of Rs 15 thousand crore can be made.
