Bundi : In order to provide land for building a camp office in the district under the ERCP project, the administration has removed encroachment from 25 bighas of government land in Gohatta and handed it over to the company associated with the project. In this action, crops sown on government land were destroyed and demarcation was done. During this period, two police stations and police line Japta remained present. The action to remove encroachment went on under the supervision of Indragarh Tehsildar. Under the ERCP project, the administration has started becoming active regarding the work being done in the villages of Lakheri subdivision. In this regard, land has been made available for the company associated with the project to set up a camp office. Gohata Panchayat Headquarters under the supervision of Indragarh Tehsildar Rajendra Meena. But encroachment was removed from government land for the camp office. The action to remove encroachment started at 12 noon and continued till late evening. During this period, the administration removed encroachment from the land by destroying the crops sown in the fields with tractors and JCB machines. During this period, mild protests were witnessed.
Adoption process continues
Under the ERCP project, after the completion of the dam construction in Nonera, the work of conveying the water is going to start soon. For this, the company associated with this construction work will set up a camp office in Gohata. From here, the construction of canal and other work in this area will be started. A canal is to be constructed to transport the water of Nonera Dam to Isarda and Bisalpur dams and different areas of different districts. The process of acquiring land for this is going on.
PM Modi can inaugurate the project
PM Modi is planning to visit Jaipur as part of the Rising Rajasthan program. In such a situation, since it is an important project of the state government, perhaps on December 17, they can inaugurate the work completed so far of the ERCP project in Jaipur.
